Hello Rathneck Actually, this should fit... Which connector does not "fit"? Your mainboard needs an 8-pin EATX and a 24-pin connector. I use the same mainboard with the same power supply and it worked perfectly for me. LG
With an adapter you can even connect more than 8 fans to any mainboard. Aqua Computer SPLITTY9 splitter for up to 9 fans or aquabus devices <--- something like this.
Motherboard does not support PCIe Gen 4
Apart from your questions. You are aware that this is a used mainboard and have seen the following notice? -- ATTENTION: The antennas, the small screws and the manual are missing from the delivery. --
Hallo Shanthoshan Ja, das ist richtig. ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero (LGA 1151, Z390, ATX) Gruss Bandy
In the specifications of the Bitfenix cables, you have an 8 pin and a 2x4 pin cable. The 8 pin goes into the right one and the left one has 1x 4 pin. By the way, you don't have to connect the left 4 pin. With Asus, this is only for the power supply of the CPU and there, not even the 8 pin can be exhausted (375W). MFG Junta
I briefly read the product description for you and googled it: No, only 8th/9th Gen processors are supported.
No you can't, you need a LGA 1200 motherboard. The Hero 12 for example ASUS ROG Maximus XII Hero (wi-fi) (LGA 1200, Intel Z490, ATX) MFG Junta
Good day, In principle, any mainboard. The only problems are with the smaller mainboards that are designed for compact cases. Here you can choose the volume according to your budget. But please make sure that the radiator fits into your case in the end. Kind regards Niklas
I had exactly the same problems! However, I had manually changed the RAM to 3200 at the beginning. I had no idea about XMP at that time. When I read about it, I reset everything to standard and then set the XMP 1 profile. I haven't had a BSOD since then. Have you tried both XMP profiles? BIOS updated? I just let the XMP profile work its magic without making any other manual adjustments to the RAM.
...yes, why not!
The mainboard fits into the BitFenix Dawn TG A-RGB case. But whether you can still call a Z390 an upgrade is another question.
I was able to update via the bios menu and the internet. EZ FLASH in the bios menu, I think it's called. if that helps
Hello, yes it is possible, there are 2x M2 connections. The 970 Evo is compatible.
Exactly, the button has the same effect as the power button on the housing.
There won't be any problems, the 9900k runs on the mainboard and the rest is standard hardware (only slightly higher clocked DS RAM can cause problems, which shouldn't be the case with 8GB 3200 bars). MFG Junta
I also had this problem, but restarting the PC solved it for me. Maybe turn on Aura Sync and use it to control the lighting.
So I would say that almost all cards work here. Certainly all gamer cards. Try a different PCI-E slot. Otherwise I would try the same as Insectman wrote. Have you connected both power cables 6+8 pin? If none of this works, there is probably a hardware fault.
Doch, gemäss Hersteller Website ist Bluetooth 5.0 vorhanden. https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-MAXIMUS-XI-HERO-WI-FI/specifications/
The M.2_1 socket supports the PCIe 3.0 x4 and SATA mode M Key design as well as PCIe and SATA storage devices of the type 2242 / 2260 / 2280. The M.2_2 socket supports the PCIe 3.0 x4 M Key design as well as PCIe storage devices of type 2242 / 2260 / 2280 / 22110. When the M.2_1 (Socket 3) is operating in SATA mode, the SATA port 2 (SATA6G_2) is disabled. Ultimately, it also depends on your application whether you achieve better results with NVMe.
I assume that you know that simply replacing the mainboard won't do much good. But to your question. The board fits into your case and consumes about 50 watts at full load. The power supply should work but is very tightly calculated. The DDR3-Ram won't fit in there, it's a DDR-4 mainboard. The GPU is not a problem.

Good day According to information I found, since the 8th generation the socket has been adapted to a so-called "LGA 1151 v2" socket. Accordingly, the compatibility of the 6700K will certainly no longer be given from Z3xx onwards. Perhaps, what I cannot guarantee is that the 200 series is compatible. I hope I was able to help you.
Hello Christoph Not quite sure, but it should actually work like this: BIOS > Advanced > APM configuration > ErP 2) Set ErP to S4/S5 I'm in the shop right now, I'll test the setting at home! P.S.. I am very satisfied with this reliable, fast board! Greetings Marco
This should not be a problem. The ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero has all the ports you need.
...the drivers are installed? In Windows 10, click on the icon at the bottom right of the clock.
When idle, the ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero (Wi-Fi) boasts good energy efficiency. Our consumption meter showed a power consumption of 43.9 watts. I got it from here:https://www.hardwareluxx.de/index.php/artikel/hardware/mainboards/47888-asus-rog-maximus-xi-hero-wi-fi-im-test.html?start=5
Sure, why not?
