My case: Cooler Master Elite RC-430-KWN1 Midi-Tower Window - black
My power adapter: 300W
RAm: 16Gb DDR3
Gpu: 1080 GTX

Are there any problems with compatibility?

Answer

I assume that you know that simply replacing the mainboard won't do much good. 
But to your question.
The board fits into your case and consumes about 50 watts at full load. 
The power supply should work but is very tightly calculated. 
The DDR3-Ram won't fit in there, it's a DDR-4 mainboard.
The GPU is not a problem.
