Question about ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero WiFi

Hello all I am in the process of putting together a new PC and have the following questions: I would like to install the mainboard in the case "Fractal Define R6 USB-C - Blackout TG (Midi Tower, Insulated)". https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/fractal-define-r6-usb-c-blackout-tg-midi-tower-gedaemmt-pc-gehaeuse-9706434?supplier=406802 - Is it possible to connect all front connectors and possibly the card reader in combination with this mainboard? - Is there a recommendation regarding the internal card reader?
