Is it possible to order only the microphone of the headset on Digitec? I accidentally banged it a bit harder on the table during a freak-out. The microphone split in two and I put it back together professionally with adhesive tape. The microphone didn't like that and now has a bad Audi quality.

A freak-out is good 🤣 It's best to hit the monitor with your fist and throw the tower against the wall. I would recommend running everything under warranty because these defects are included in the warranty extension. I hope you have taken out a warranty? Otherwise I recommend you to give up gaming, go fishing this calms you down ! If you don't like it, you can wait for winter and go ice skating. This way you get your life time used sensibly and therapised 👌

Hello, I have Samsung A51 smartphone with USB-C for charging and 3,5 jack to connect a headset. Does it work if I connect ASUS ROG Delta with my smartphone with USB-C cable? Or I will need to buy an adaptor from USB-C to 3,5 jack? Thanks.

No, it's not equipped with Qi. It is charged using a USB -> USB C cable.

Unfortunately not, but if you still have warranty you can make a service request via the Asus website and with a bit of luck the headset will be replaced. Or ask at Digitec but they will pass it on to the manufacturer as usual.

Nice and comfortable headset with good sound, but the LED on the left side of the headset does not light up .... so it's not good for this price Anybody have a solution?

No solution to offer you except to send it back and make the warranty work. I also have problems with this headset, I sent it back once because of sound cuts, they sent me back a new one apparently but this time it's the volume (very low) and the microphone connection that is the problem. I will send it back again but I find it very surprising to have so many problems with this headset at this price...

Hello, does anyone know how to connect this headset to the PS4 and Nintendo Switch? PS4: It doesn't have a 3.5 jack and the PlayStation 4 controller doesn't have a USB-C either... does it have to be connected directly to the console? Switch: With the Switch via the USB-C port? Thanks

The fixed integrated USB-C is just under 1.5m. However, as described above, there is an extension of 1m from USB-C (socket) to USB-A.
