Nice and comfortable headset with good sound, but the LED on the left side of the headset does not light up .... so it's not good for this price Anybody have a solution?

No solution to offer you except to send it back and make the warranty work. I also have problems with this headset, I sent it back once because of sound cuts, they sent me back a new one apparently but this time it's the volume (very low) and the microphone connection that is the problem.

I will send it back again but I find it very surprising to have so many problems with this headset at this price...
