Does my Iphone 7 charge a bit faster with this cable on my Lenovo T470 than with normal Lightning cable on Usb 2 or Usb3? Although the iPhone 7 does not support Quickcharge, it still charges significantly faster on these powerbanks.

No, the iPhone only charges faster if you also have a charger that pumps more current, such as the iPad charging cable with the corresponding adapter or the new fast-charging cables from Apple. A power bank usually also charges with more current, which means that the iPhone charges faster. However, if the mobile phone does not support this, the faster charging usually damages the battery.
