@Digitec Black Friday offer is sold out. However, I still have 14% off the phone. This means 599 instead of 699. This is also displayed in the shopping cart, but it is offset against 699.- at the checkout. Can you adjust this in the shop?

Apple is offering an insurance policy covering a lot including also lost and theft , do Digitec offer the same insurance service ( if yes how can I get it (from Digitec or from Apple directly)) ? if no can I buy this Apple insurance plan when I'm buying the new iphone from Digitec store upon collecting my iphone or do I have to contact Apple for this .

No, neither headphones nor a charger are included in the scope of delivery. Almost all providers have been doing without them for years. Only Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco phones always come with a good charger and even a protective case in addition to the charging cable, but these are Android phones.

Hello. On the Apple website or macrumors I did not find iPhone XR with 256 capacity (there are only 64 and 128). But there is one with 256 on digitec. Why and what kind phone is that?

Why: It is probably because XR is among discontinued devices since it's been replaced by latest, newest model. What: It doesn't differ from the 64GB and 128GB except from the storage capacity which is larger. I have it for almost a year and my initial positive impression remains.
