I have already ordered and returned an iPhone XR twice because it didn't turn on and couldn't be restored, can anyone give me more info on why it doesn't turn on? ?

Hello, the iPhone XR was launched in Selt. 2018 was presented. I don't know how long the devices were produced. Maybe the battery is now deeply discharged?
