There is a pin key which is used to push into the hole next to the hidden tray. Push the pin key into this hole to push the tray out which will have your sim card inside it. Another way is to go to your phone shop of the company your sim belongs to and ask them for a new sim. This will be the same number of course and they will deactivate your old sim.
In any case, I don't know what Digitec is thinking. But the price is probably so high because it's an original, unused iPhone 6.
We have four iPhone 6s in our family and none of them have any problems with the microphone. But that doesn't mean there can't be any! So this page from Apple would probably not exist either : https://support.apple.com/de-ch/HT203792
If I were you, I would either go directly to the Apple Store or possibly to Sertronics AG.

As far as I know, the devices from Digitec do not have a simlock. Only Digitec can answer this question 100%, but I would try via Facebook or Twitter ;)
