I wanted to ask if this device would work with my current Sunrise subscription (for iPhone 5) if I only buy this device WITHOUT an additional subscription?

As far as I know, the devices from Digitec do not have a simlock. Only Digitec can answer this question 100%, but I would try via Facebook or Twitter ;)
