Possibly if the supplier makes false statements 😅
I have checked the product online and it should come with said cable included. :)
This screen fits the MacBook perfectly and HDMI or DisplayPort can be used for the connection. All you need is either a USB-C adapter to HDMI or DisplayPort or a USB-C cable to DisplayPort.
Yes, it should work with a USB-C dock. A screen with a USB-C input would be more optimal, but something like this would work. It is important that the HDMI output also delivers 60Hz with 4K UHD resolution and that would be the case with this docking solution: Club 3D CSV-1592 (1 x HDMI, 100 W, USB C, USB A)
Because Samsung includes an HDMI cable as an accessory that is no good. Buy a high-quality cable and set the input to HDMI2, because only this supports 60 Hz. Good luck!
There are 2 USB ports available. For quality reasons and for optimal speed for image transmission, only HDMI and DP actually make sense.
Unfortunately, this is effectively the case with this model. There is an interesting article here https://gaming-tools.de/monitor-duenner-rahmen/ It says that in practice you have 2 frames: the physical frame, which is very thin on this model and therefore sold as "without edge"; and the practical frame, where the backlight is then hidden.
Yes you can rotate the screen 90 degrees, according to this test report (with pictures): https://www.prad.de/testberichte/test-aoc-u2790pqu-preiswerter-4k-allround-monitor/
