don't know what's going wrong at digitec🤷♂️ either.
I have the monitor in use with a 27".
In my opinion, side by side is not possible because the AOC is too wide.
That's why I got the following mount: NewStar FPMA-D550DVBLACK.
My 27" is above my AOC and that works well, but of course it's a matter of taste.

I just tested neither 1440p nor 120hz are supported with this monitor in connection with the PS5.
