The problem with liquid metal is that it is corrosive to aluminium (the heat spreader/"lid" of the CPU is made of it). As a result, after a few months the print on your CPU may be illegible, which is typically equivalent to invalidating the warranty because the product can no longer be identified. In addition, liquid metal has little advantage over normal thermal paste, unless you plan to "head" the CPU, in which case the warranty will be void anyway.

Well, colleague, you - like all the others who are now driving up the price - just bet on the wrong horse and lost the bet on the price. Thanks to Covid, the supply from China is not guaranteed and there is now a shortage of some things. CPUs are one of them. Now a lot of people were hoping to be able to install the new Ryzen series, are stranded just like the RTX30x0 and 6000 AMD graphics card buyers, and are now forced to switch to alternatives. Their price is now also going up. Good luck with the next price lottery.

Joa, it's an offer from a third-party supplier (Jacob DE). The one from Digitec (239.-) has no delivery date.

The two processors are almost on a par. The 3600 has 65 watts TDP and the 3600x has 95 watts TDP. Personally, every frame per second is important when gaming. I would recommend the 3600x because you gain 3 - 8 FPS with it. And by the way: RX 5700 XT simply fits better to Ryzen 3600x than the yawning emptiness after Ryzen 3600... Everyone thinks there's something missing xD

Hello Basically, your selection is not bad, you seem to have chosen suitable components. However, you can still make some optimisations. You still seem undecided about the RAM. I recommend you to take 2x8GB and not a 16GB bar, because 2 bars usually run faster. If you want to save some money, you can also use these: G.Skill Ripjaws V (2x, 8GB, DDR4-3600, DIMM 288) For the CPU, I would recommend you to go for the Ryzen 5 3600 instead, as the 3600X doesn't offer much better performance for the extra price: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (AM4, 3.60GHz, 6-Core) As for the motherboard, you don't need an expensive X570 motherboard for any of your parts, unless you plan to install a high-end processor in the future. Instead, I recommend a cheaper (but still good) B450 motherboard that supports this processor: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (AM4, AMD B450, ATX) For the power supply, you don't necessarily need 850 watts of power, the 750 watt version of the same power supply is already far sufficient, even if you install more demanding components in the future: Corsair RM750 *2019* (750W) Memory, graphics card and case are all good components that you can keep. The monitor is also top-notch and also in the correct resolution for the selected graphics card and also correspondingly expensive (you might find something cheaper with a little searching, if that's what you want). What you don't need is the HDMI cable in your list. The monitor already comes with HDMI and Displayport cables.

Yes, that is normal in my opinion, stock coolers do not knock anything off the base. Which cooler is good? That depends on the size of your case, air coolers rarely break the budget, you have to reckon with about 50-75 francs for a good to very good cooling performance.

Good day According to AMD's website, the promotion applies to all single CPUs from Ryzen 7 3700X and better. This also applies to complete systems and laptops (For laptops it is from Ryzen 7 4800H). Digitec has marked the valid products accordingly, as far as I know. For more detailed info, see here: https://www.amd.com/en...
