And, with the price of 229.-, is it still worth taking the 3600X instead of the 3600? I still don't know what to do...

It depends on what your requirements are. Until a while ago, I said take the 3600 because the price difference was too high for the small increase in performance. But since the difference is currently only 10.-, I would take the 3600x ;-)
