Hello Perleas, I have had the DR 56+ for about 9 months. When I connect my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge with Bluetooth, it always works very quickly and without any problems. I think your problem may be due to the Bluetooth version on your smartphone, otherwise I can't explain it. You might have to see if you can update to a newer Bluetooth version for your smartphone. Just back from Germany. Worked great (same transmitter from Berlin to Lörrach). Of course you have to rescan. However, I'm not entirely happy with the device and the relatively difficult search for suitable channels....
