As everyone is different and has different expectations, this is normal. Another contributing factor is that many of the reviews were written in 2022, when the requirements may have been different. However, the good reviews come from confirmed buyers.
You have to buy a small memory card. I don't think you can download the pictures to your mobile. You can find the gallery under Mode or Setup. I gave the camera to my non, don't know if my answer is 100% correct.

Memory cards are never supplied with cameras. I wouldn't buy this electronic junk. It's better to spend a little more to get a usable camera.
No, this camera does not have this function, but you can make the images and edit them manually afterwards. :) There are cameras like this one : Brinno BCC200 Pro (1.30 Mpx, 30p)
