PPrint P-filament 721 white 1.75mm 0.6kg

The polypropylene filament P-filament 721 natural offers excellent 3D printing properties with low warping and shrinkage, combined with extremely high layer adhesion. It is available in two diameters and can be used with nearly all 3D printers.

The polypropylene (PP) filament P-filament 721 is characterized by low warping and shrinkage and provides high layer adhesion. Prints made with it are highly resistant to breakage and possess excellent mechanical properties, high chemical and temperature stability, as well as low friction resistance. Due to its low density, it is ideal for lightweight construction.

Applications range from technical components to personalized decorative and art items, as well as toys. The food-safe nature of the PP raw material used opens up additional possibilities.

Pre-treatment of the PP filament P-filament 721: It does not need to be dried before 3D printing and can be used without pre-treatment.

Recommended printing parameters: P-surface 141 as a print bed is mandatory.
Extruder temperature: 200 – 220 °C
Print bed surface temperature: 20 °C (50 – 70 °C during the first layer, 100 – 110 °C for non-destructive removal after completion)
Build chamber temperature: not necessary.

Technical data sheet and storage instructions: To ensure consistent printing performance, P-filament should be used and consumed as soon as possible after opening (preferably within 15 months). Store opened material at a temperature of 15 – 25 °C in a plastic bag to prevent contamination with dust.
