PolyTerra PLA is an innovative bioplastic 3D printing filament that is not only harder than conventional PLA but also has a lower environmental impact. By reducing the amount of raw PLA and incorporating organic materials, the plastic content in the material has been decreased by about 40%. The added organic materials give PolyTerra PLA a matte finish. Additionally, Polymaker, the manufacturer of PolyTerra PLA, has partnered with the nonprofit organization One Tree Planted to plant a tree for every spool sold, further emphasizing the eco-friendly aspect of PolyTerra PLA.
