Product details

PolyLite™ PLA is based on a high molecular weight PLA from Natureworks, making it one of the stiffest PLA materials on the market. You can check the E-modulus and flexural strength data of PolyLite™ PLA in its TDS, which represent its stiffness, and compare it with other materials from our portfolio.

The Polymaker Jam-Free™ technology increases the heat resistance of the filament itself (not the printed part) to 140˚C. This prevents the issue of jamming due to thermal creep at the hot end. Thermal creep refers to the process where heat spreads unevenly at the hot end, softening the filament before it reaches the melt chamber, causing the filament to jam due to expansion at the cold end. Increasing the heat resistance of the filament from 60˚C to 140˚C ensures a jam-free experience.

Printing and drying settings:
Printing temperature: 190˚C - 230˚C
Bed temperature: 25˚C - 60˚C
Printing speed: 40mm/s - 60mm/s
Fan: ON.
