Product details

PolyLite™ is a family of 3D printing filaments made from the finest raw materials, offering exceptional quality and reliability. PolyLite™ covers the most common 3D printing materials to meet your daily design and prototyping needs.

The Polymaker Jam-Free™ technology increases the heat resistance of the filament itself (not the printed part) to 140˚C. This prevents the issue of jamming caused by thermal creep at the hot end. Thermal creep refers to the process where heat spreads unevenly at the hot end, softening the filament before it reaches the melt chamber, and causing the filament to jam due to expansion at the cold end. Increasing the heat resistance of the filament from 60˚C to 140˚C ensures a jam-free experience.

PolyLite™ PLA is a high-quality PLA designed for reliability and ease of printing. PolyLite™ PLA is based on a high molecular weight PLA from Natureworks, making it one of the most stable PLA materials on the market.

Recommended settings:
Nozzle temperature: 190˚C - 230˚C
Print speed: 40 mm/s - 60 mm/s
Bed temperature: 25˚C - 60˚C
Bed surface: Glass with adhesive, Blue Tape, BuilTak®
Cooling fan: ON

Note: The printed part has the same heat resistance as regular PLA: ~60˚C.
