Polymaker PolyCast™ is an easy-to-print filament specifically designed for investment casting applications. Thanks to the Ash Free™ technology, 3D-printed patterns in PolyCast™ can be completely vaporized during the ceramic shell process, typically leaving an ash residue of less than 0.003 weight percent. PolyCast™ significantly reduces both costs and lead times, as the wax injection molding tool process is eliminated.
