Polymaker HT-PLA-GF

Enhanced heat resistance and durability: Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF offers outstanding thermal performance with a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of up to 114.7 °C (0.45 MPa) and 84 °C (1.8 MPa) in the tempered state. This makes it ideal for components that must withstand high heat and mechanical stress, far exceeding the limits of standard PLA.

Reinforced with glass fibers: By incorporating glass fibers, this filament provides improved rigidity, higher impact resistance, and minimal warping. The material achieves a modulus of elasticity of up to 4200 MPa, offering excellent stiffness and consistent mechanical behavior in both X-Y and Z printing directions.

Dimensional accuracy and stability: Thanks to its low shrinkage values - only 0.05% in both X-Y and Z directions - Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF ensures precise and reliable results for precision parts. This dimensional stability makes it an excellent choice for printing fixtures and functional prototypes.

Seamless printing experience: The filament is designed to work seamlessly with standard PLA settings, requiring a nozzle temperature of 210-230 °C and a bed temperature of 25-60 °C. It is compatible with most 3D printers and performs best with a hardened nozzle due to its abrasive nature.
