Phobya Thermal pad Ultra 30x30x1.5mm

These thermal pads are excellently suited for compensating for height differences and unevenness on heat sinks and the components to be cooled. Due to their very good elastic pressure capability and low hardness, even a small amount of pressure achieves a very good adaptation to the surfaces. They compensate for all large and small height differences, from microscopic grooves to visible unevenness. The surface of the pad is slightly sticky and covered with a protective film that must be removed before installation. This slight adhesive property comes into play, preventing slipping when mounting a heat sink. These thermal pads can also be cut to the desired size. They are suitable for use with RAM coolers on graphics cards as well as for voltage regulators on motherboards. Even for large components such as the North or Southbridge, these thermal adhesive pads can be used, as they possess excellent thermal conductivity. As a basic component or spare part, thermal pads belong in every well-organized computer workshop!
