These thermal pads are excellently suited for compensating for height differences and unevenness on heat sinks and the components to be cooled. Due to their very good elastic contact capability and low hardness, even a small amount of pressure achieves a very good adaptation to the surfaces. All large and small height differences are compensated for, from microscopically small grooves to visible irregularities.
