The Chanin Building in New York City was built in the late 1920s by Irwin S. Chanin and is considered a backdrop for the romantic drama of the American business world. The lobby is adorned with bronze grilles that showcase some of the city's most beautiful Art Deco elements and was designed based on the concept of the City of Opportunity. One of these ventilation grilles, featuring loops, spirals, and geometric lines that symbolize human thoughts and feelings, is depicted here.
