A5 spiral notebook, 5 mm grid, 180 pages. White and soft 90 g/m² recycled paper for a pleasant writing experience. Special layout with a header for meeting titles, topics, and dates. Features a double margin for numbering or highlighting bullet points. The dark gray double spiral allows the notebook to open 360°. Cover made of cardboard with a natural finish.

Cover made from 100% recycled cardboard fibers sourced from recycled paper cups (20%) and recycled paper (80%).
