The innovative design of the cable with ultra-fast optical fibers achieves maximum brightness and enables a data transfer rate of 45 Mbps (megabits per second). The standard for transmitting multichannel audio formats via optical Toslink interfaces only requires a transfer rate of 12.8 Mbps.
