Nintendo

Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is a vast role-playing classic updated for the Nintendo Switch 2 console. The game supports 4K resolution in TV mode, 1080p resolution in handheld mode, and a frame rate of 60 fps in both modes. The new Ether Jet vehicle, unlockable outfits, Nopon Grand Prix races, and fully voiced Heart-to-Heart scenes expand the content of the original game. The package also includes the original Xenoblade Chronicles game compatible with the Nintendo Switch.

The game follows Shulk and his allies on their journey in the aftermath of a devastating attack. Their adventure takes them beyond the horizon, and the player decides whether their people can change the future or are doomed to destruction.

The new Ether Jet vehicle offers a fast way to explore the vast worlds of Bionis and Mechonis, both in the main adventure and in the Xenoblade Chronicles: Future Connected content. In the Nopon Grand Prix races, players compete against time and points in various locations throughout the open world. The Ether Jet unlocks by completing a world-changing quest that appears starting from chapter 4.

By participating in the Nopon Grand Prix races, players can unlock two new outfits for each member of the party. All of the game's Heart-to-Heart conversation scenes are now fully voiced in English and Japanese.

PEGI

Pan European Game Information (PEGI) is a European video game content rating system established to help European parents make informed decisions on buying computer games with logos on games boxes.

Country version Packaging

Describes whether the game comes with USK or PEGI packaging. USK ("Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle") is the age rating used in the German market. The PEGI ("Pan European Game Information") age rating is used in the rest of Europe (and also predominantly in the Swiss market). While PEGI is "only" a recommendation, the USK rating is binding for the sale of software in the German market.

The country version usually has no influence on the game content.

Note: It can happen that occasionally different packaging is delivered.

The Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK) is the responsible body in Germany for the age rating of video games as well as video game trailers.
