This time, even two players can collaborate on a level on the same screen. Simply fill your level with famous objects and enemies as you please, choosing from a variety of themes and styles, including the new Super Mario 3D World! In story mode, you help rebuild Princess Peach's castle and play over 100 levels designed by Nintendo. You'll surely find some inspiration for your own creations! You can then showcase your custom levels to your friends! If you create a virtual room, up to four players can test the freshly built levels on their own consoles in local multiplayer mode as Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Toadette. If you have a Nintendo Switch Online membership, you can become part of the Super Mario Maker 2 community. There, you can not only share your levels with other players but also try out the incredibly creative levels made by others! You can either jump right in or save the levels locally to play offline.
