A Metropolis of Light

In Illumina City, an urban development plan is being implemented! The goal is to make the city a place where Pokémon and humans can truly coexist. Shortly after your arrival, choose one of these partner Pokémon to accompany you on your adventure: Chikorita, Totodile, or Tepig.

Explore the streets of this vast city with your partner Pokémon or visit the nature zones—habitats where you can encounter wild Pokémon. To catch one, you must aim carefully and throw a Poké Ball or battle against the Pokémon with your team members.

Dynamic New Battles

For the second time ever, trainers and their Pokémon move together and act in real-time battles. Pokémon execute their attacks as soon as their trainers give them a command.

In addition to type differences, new battle conditions must also be considered. These include the timing of Pokémon switches, various delays before an attack, and the area of effect of an attack.

Mega Evolution Returns!

In Lumiar, Pokémon can exceed their normal evolution through Mega Evolution. When a trainer's Mega Ring interacts with one of a Pokémon's Mega Stones, that Pokémon not only changes in form and size—it also unleashes unexpected powers that can turn the tide of battle.

The available languages for Pokémon Legends: Z-A include English, French, German, Spanish (including Latin American Spanish), Italian, Korean, Japanese, as well as traditional and simplified Chinese.
