Nintendo Mario Tennis Fever

Mario Tennis Fever Switch 2 brings a new level to playing tennis. The game features 38 playable characters and 30 different Fever Rackets, each with its own special properties. You can combine familiar shots like topspin, slice, and lob with new sliding maneuvers and defense-oriented footwork. The game offers various modes, such as Tournament, Trial Towers, Mix It Up, and Adventure, providing a versatile gaming experience both solo and in multiplayer.

There are 30 different Fever Rackets available, which add tactical depth to the game. For instance, the Ice Racket freezes the court, the Mini Mushroom Racket shrinks opponents, and the Shadow Racket creates shadow copies. Additionally, there are 38 playable characters, the most in the franchise's history, allowing you to find a playing style that suits you best.

Mario Tennis Fever offers several game modes, with the Tournament mode featuring commentary by the Talking Flower. In Trial Towers, you can test your skills and complete various challenges. The Mix It Up mode introduces special rules and Wonder effects that change the flow of the matches. Adventure mode takes you on a story-driven journey where Mario and friends turn into babies and battle monsters to return to their normal size.

The Switch 2's Joy-Con 2 motion control in Swing Mode allows for realistic racket swinging to create an authentic tennis feel. Additionally, the game includes online multiplayer features where you can play casual matches or compete in Ranked Matches mode. The Online Room mode offers the possibility for customized rules online.

In Adventure mode, Mario and friends face monsters on a remote island where they turn into babies. The player's task is to help them relearn tennis skills and defeat the monsters so they can return to their normal size, adding a new narrative dimension to the tennis game.
