Product details
Nexeo3D Arnitel®ID 2045 (TPC) - 1.75mm - 500g - Black
Application
Arnitel®ID 2045 is a highly flexible thermoplastic copolyester TPC (TPEE or TPE-E) used in electronics, sports, and many other demanding applications.
Properties
Arnitel ID is a highly flexible TPC (thermoplastic copolyester, TPEE or TPE-E) that is utilized in electronics, sports, and a variety of other applications. It is a flexible polymer with excellent UV and chemical resistance compared to other flexible polymers like TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and achieves a tensile elongation of up to 400%. Arnitel ID has been developed based on knowledge of filaments and cables, exhibiting no kinking and a higher printing speed than existing thermoplastic elastomers on the market. Our product demonstrates unmatched layer-to-layer adhesion compared to ABS, PLA, and TPU used in the 3D printing market. Heat resistant up to 140°C!
Drying
If the filament has absorbed surface moisture, it must be dried before use. Use a convection oven at 80 °C for at least 4 hours. When storing the filament after printing, it is advisable to seal it in a ZIP bag and add a silica gel packet to keep the filament as dry as possible.
