Triple-shielded, the cable material of this MUTEC Prime Select cable is uniquely triple-shielded—by two robust AL/PET foils and a dense, tinned copper braid. This achieves extremely low attenuation values and extensive shielding against electrical interference. With a diameter of 8 mm, the MUTEC PSC is slim, flexible, and yet robust. The conductor is an oxygen-free, silver-plated solid wire with minimal tolerances, embedded in a smoothed, gas-foamed insulation.

High-quality 75-ohm connectors are used, including the 75-ohm Damar & Hagen full-metal BNC connectors, which are hard gold-plated in the plug area, and the 75-ohm Neutrik RCA connectors, also hard gold-plated in the plug area. They impress with hard gold-plated contacts, precise workmanship with unique strain relief, and guarantee the required characteristic impedance of 75 ohms by design.
