This USB cable is designed to connect external USB devices with USB 2.0 Type B ports (e.g., scanners or printers) to a USB host (USB hub, wall charger with USB, computer, or laptop). Data transfer speeds can reach up to 0.48 Gbit/s.

The naming conventions for our USB cables have been updated to align with the latest USB standards.

  • USB 2.0 supports transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbps.
  • USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 Gen 1 are now identified as USB 3.2 Gen 1, offering data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps.
  • USB 3.1 and USB 3.1 Gen 2 have been renamed to USB 3.2 Gen 2, with transfer rates of up to 10 Gbps.
  • The new USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 standard supports transfer speeds of up to 20 Gbps.
  • USB 4 offers even higher speeds with rates of up to 40 Gbps, as well as better compatibility with Thunderbolt 3.

USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1, USB 3.2, and USB 4 cables and devices are compatible with each other when either a USB Type-A or USB Type-C host interface is used.
