The Maxell 390/SR1130SW is designed and suitable for watches with low power consumption (without backlight and/or alarm).

Silver oxide cells are the most important long-life cells for quartz wristwatches, where a high energy density per unit volume and a stable operating voltage are required. To mark the distinction between mercury-free silver oxide batteries and standard silver oxide batteries, Maxell has added a design registered Hg 0% logo to the mercury-free variant.
