Ideal for preparing doughs for bread, pizza, cookies, shortcrust pastry, sweet dough varieties, puff pastry, fettuccine, and much more in just 3 minutes. With 500 g of flour and 25 cl of liquid, the doughs turn out as if made by hand. The machine can process various flour mixtures for pasta and cuts different pasta shapes thanks to practical attachments: lasagna (150 mm), fettuccine (6.5 mm), tagliolini (1.5 mm). All components of the machine can be completely disassembled and cleaned.
