Product details

Durable with gaming-level performance. Tactile Mech-Dome key switches are splash-resistant. Customizable Lightsync RGB lighting. Integrated palm rest and adjustable feet. Dedicated media controls. The G213 gaming keyboard features Logitech G Mech-Dome keys specifically designed to deliver excellent tactile feedback and an overall performance profile similar to that of a mechanical keyboard. Mech-Dome keys have full height, provide a full travel distance of 4 mm, a actuation force of 50 g, and operate quietly.

The G213 has five individual lighting zones, each customizable from a palette of approximately 16.8 million colors and various brightness levels to match your style, system, or space. The Lightsync technology offers next-generation RGB lighting that synchronizes lighting and gaming profiles with your content. Quickly and easily customize everything with the Logitech G HUB. The construction design of the G213 membrane and keyframe is built for real-world use, providing tested spill resistance for up to 60 ml of liquid. The result is a keyboard that can handle the realities of everyday gaming.

With the two-step angle adjustment, you can set your keyboard to feel just right, while the integrated palm rest alleviates discomfort or fatigue, allowing you to play comfortably round after round. The G213 features dedicated media controls that allow you to play, pause, and mute music and videos instantly. Adjust the volume or skip to the next song with the press of a key. With G HUB, you can customize your G213 for added comfort and personalization. Set the RGB lighting, save time by assigning multiple functions to specific keys, and much more.

... Like the Apex 3 from Steelseries, the G213 relies on a tidy design, but has a significantly less valuable feel. The keyboard is very large and clunky, the sparse lighting reinforces the impression. A big difference is the palm rest. It is unattractively shaped, fixed and made entirely of plastic.

The best combination for gamers is the Logitech G502 Hero mouse (40 euros) and the Razer Ornata V2 keyboard (73 euros). The duo offers a good gaming feel and practical additional functions: In testing, the Logitech impressed with extra keys and adjustable weight - the Razer keyboard with a crisp pressure point and chic lighting...

I really enjoyed playing and typing with the Logitech G213 Prodigy in testing. However, despite the so-called "Mech Dome" keys, it does not achieve the precise and even typing feel of a keyboard with mechanical switches. This is not surprising because a rubber mat is still used instead of individual mechanical switches...
