Lindy USB C — USB C

The Lindy USB 3.2 Active Extension uses active electronics to extend the cable length of a USB 3.2 device by 5 meters. It supports data transfer rates of up to 10 Gbit/s. The USB 3.2 Active Extension features a twist-resistant USB Type C plug and USB Type C socket, allowing the connection of devices with USB Type C connectors, such as flash drives, tablets, or smartphones, at a greater distance of 5 meters without reducing the data transfer rate.

The USB 3.2 Active Extension is ideal for connecting a USB device at a greater distance, such as a multifunction hub with various interfaces, a permanently installed webcam in a meeting room, or when repeated access to a device is difficult. The Lindy USB 3.2 Active Extension is compatible with computers featuring USB 3.2 Type C or Thunderbolt 3 connections, making it the perfect expansion tool for notebooks, MacBooks, and PCs with USB Type C ports.

The Lindy USB 3.2 Active Extension is powered via the USB bus but also includes a DC socket for connecting a power supply for high-power devices.
