The Lindy USB 2.0 active cable uses active electronics to extend the cable length of a USB 2.0 device by 10 meters. It continues to support data transfer rates of up to 480 Mbit/s. It features a Type A USB connector and a Type B USB connector, allowing for direct connection of USB devices with a Type A USB port, such as printers, and enabling flexible positioning at greater distances.
