Lindy DisplayPort - HDMI (Type A)

The active Lindy DisplayPort to HDMI adapter cable enables the connection of an 8K@60Hz HDMI display or projector to a device with DisplayPort output. This active cable converts single and dual mode DisplayPort output signals, increasing compatibility with most graphics cards. The cable supports resolutions up to 7680x4320@60Hz or 4096x2160@120Hz and High Dynamic Range (HDR) to deliver 8K content with crystal-clear quality, enhanced contrast and true-to-life colours - perfect for eye-catching retail displays, an innovative work environment or an immersive video experience in sports bars or home cinema. Uncompressed multi-channel audio provides impressive 3D surround sound. It also supports AMD Eyefinity technology, providing a cost-effective way to generate a non-standard aspect ratio or create an Ultra HD video wall consisting of 3 or more monitors. This technology also allows the simultaneous operation of multiple applications on different screens, increasing productivity. The DP to HDMI cable is available in lengths of up to 3 metres. Please note that audio output via HDMI is only supported if the graphics card of the notebook or PC supports audio output via DisplayPort. In such cases, a separate audio connection must be set up. Please note that some of the Nvidia drivers do not work correctly with 8K@60Hz 4:4:4 when converting from DP/miniDP to HDMI. It is possible that only a resolution of 8K@60Hz 4:2:2 is achieved.
