Lindy 5x2 Seamless Presentation Switch HDBaseT Extender

The 5 Port Seamless Presentation Switch HDBaseT Transmitter is part of a powerful, reliable solution for extending AV signals over long distances via Cat.6 network cables. When combined with the Lindy HDBaseT receiver, the following distance and resolution combinations are possible when using high-quality Cat.6 U/UTP or F/UTP cables: 70 m at 1920 x 1080 60 Hz 4:4:4 8 bit.

This device features 3 HDMI, 1 DP, and 1 Type-C input with 1 HDBaseT and 1 HDMI output; sources can be seamlessly switched by pressing the buttons on the front panel. Long pressing can activate various multiview options. These and many other functions such as auto-switch mode, resolution selection, EDID, PIP size, etc., can be controlled via RS-232 commands.

Two outputs are mirrored, while the 3.5mm stereo audio output can be used to connect speakers or headphones to receive de-embedded audio. The PoC (Power over Cable) functionality allows for power supply along with data over a Cat.6 network cable in a point-to-point connection between the transmitter and a receiver with the same function, requiring only a single power supply.

This transmitter offers a wide range of solutions and AV interfaces for connecting various devices, making it ideal for presentations, trade shows, and conference rooms. Type C sources must support Alternate Mode.
