The active Lindy DisplayPort to HDMI adapter cable allows you to connect an 8K@60Hz HDMI display or projector to a device with a DisplayPort output. This active cable converts single and dual-mode DisplayPort output signals, thereby increasing compatibility with most graphics cards.

The cable supports resolutions up to 7680x4320@60Hz or 4096x2160@120Hz, as well as High Dynamic Range (HDR), allowing 8K content to be displayed with crystal-clear quality, enhanced contrast, and lifelike colors – perfect for eye-catching displays in retail, an innovative work environment, or an immersive video experience in sports bars or home theaters. Please note that audio output over HDMI is only supported if the graphics card of the laptop or PC supports audio output via DisplayPort. In such cases, a separate audio connection must be established.

Please be aware that some of the new Nvidia drivers may not work correctly with 8K@60Hz 4:4:4 when converting from DP/miniDP to HDMI. It may only achieve a resolution of 8K@60Hz 4:2:2.
