It all starts with the MaraX3 - equipped with Pagaia Flow Contro. The advantage: maximum control, more expression in flavour and espresso at a professional level. The Mara impresses with its technology in terms of temperature stability in a dual-circuit machine. The specially controlled dual-circuit system enables espresso to be made at the perfect temperature, just like with a single-circuit machine, while the steam is immediately available. The smallest fully-fledged E61 dual-circuit machine.
