By turning the mechanical paddle mounted on the brew group, the water flow in the brew group can be regulated, allowing for optimal control of the brew pressure at every stage of extraction. By adjusting the brew pressure, you can brew the best espresso from any coffee. The Bianca features two separate stainless steel boilers, one for steam and hot water, and the second for brewing water. The dual boiler technology ensures greater temperature stability without the risk of overheating the brew water, and allows for brewing coffee while simultaneously steaming milk or drawing hot water. The machine can now also be easily operated by less experienced users, as they do not need to pay special attention to the coffee preparation. You can choose from four automatic coffee brewing programs. With the Lelit Bianca, you have control over all parameters of espresso extraction. The PID allows you to set the temperature for espresso extraction to an exact degree. With the manual water quantity control, you have full control over the brewing process.
