The solid design makes it an extension of your hands, so you can enjoy it to the full. The motor is quiet and durable, and the original planetary mixer allows for quick and thorough mixing, touching the bowl at 59 points per revolution. This food processor comes with a 4.7 L copper bowl with a food-safe stainless steel interior. It develops a unique patina over time, but can also be polished depending on preference. The food processor comes with a stainless steel whisk, dough hook, flat beater and pastry stirrer. For your further development as a maker, there are also many practical optional attachments (sold separately) that you can attach to the
