Product details
IronKey Vault Privacy 50 is a premium USB flash drive that provides enterprise-level security. The VP50 series features FIPS 197 certified AES 256-bit hardware encryption in XTS mode, protection against BadUSB with digitally signed firmware, and defenses against brute force password attacks. Vault Privacy 50 series flash drives are also TAA compliant.
Administrators can enable user and one-time recovery passwords or reset user passwords to regain access to data. Brute force attack protection locks the user or one-time password after 10 incorrect passwords have been entered consecutively and encrypts the drive if the admin password is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row.
To guard against potential malware from untrusted systems, both administrators and users can set the flash drive to read-only mode; additionally, the built-in virtual keyboard protects passwords from keylogger and screenlogger malware.
