Kartell Light Air Pendant Light

Light Air Pendant Lamp. Eugeni Quitllet turns the conventions of lampshades upside down with his daring design for the Italian manufacturer Kartell: No ordinary monk's cap holds the classically inspired lampshade; instead, it floats seamlessly attached to a square frame made of laser-welded, smooth plastic. The conical shade, while appearing classic in shape, captivates with a delicate embossed pattern. This charmingly prevents a clear view of the conventional socket (E14), into which any light bulb can be inserted according to personal preference. Kartell equips the modern, abstracted, and thus quite airy Light Air Pendant Lamp with a warm glowing LED bulb (5 W) to enhance the radiant effect of the reflective plastic.
