It supports HDCP 2.2 for smooth transmission of encrypted UHD content, as well as devices with DP Alt Mode and MST (Multi-Stream Transport) for Daisy Chaining. For complete flexibility: The USB 3.1 plug connects directly to Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 3 ports and is compatible with Apple iPhone 15, iPhone 16, and Apple iPad. The USB-C cable is unidirectional and is exclusively used for transmission from a USB-C source to a DisplayPort target device.
