Product details
The heart of the X-H2 is the new 40.2-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor, which is optimally paired with the fast X-Processor 5. The camera offers the highest resolution in the X-series to date, both for photos and videos. It is the world's first APS-C camera to record 8K/30p Apple ProRes-quality video directly.
The X-H2 features many advanced specifications, such as ISO 125 as the lowest standard sensitivity, a shortest shutter speed of 1/180,000 seconds with electronic shutter, and the Pixel Shift Multi-Shot function. Additionally, it includes numerous features and interfaces that make professional-quality photography easier than ever. These include a deep-learning technology-based subject recognition autofocus that identifies and tracks various subjects (e.g., animals or vehicles), a built-in five-axis image stabilizer that provides a shutter speed advantage of up to seven stops (EV), an electronic viewfinder with 5.76 million dots and 0.8x magnification, as well as a memory card slot for CFexpress Type B cards, allowing the full technological potential of the X-H2 to be realized.

Anyone who believes that cameras with an APS-C sensor are only suitable for beginners could not be more wrong. In fact, the top models in this class can very well compete with their full-frame rivals. Fujifilm relies exclusively on APS-C sensors for its cameras and has several models on sale that are also interesting for demanding, ambitious photographers...

This is logical, as manufacturers no longer have to accommodate bulky mirror boxes in their housings. Nevertheless, there are still considerable differences in size and weight even in current cameras...

The sovereign test victory goes to Fuji's high-resolution flagship X-H2, which, however, with a street price of approx. 2130 euros is considerably more expensive than the two new cameras. Despite the lower price, the Fuji X-S20 comes out on top against the Sony Alpha 6700, which does not quite live up to the claim of being a top model r...
