The Fuj:tech HDMI 2.1 fibre-optic cable enables data transfer rates of up to 48 Gbps for uncompressed video streams supported by HDMI 2.1. The cable is backwards compatible with earlier HDMI versions and all HDMI-compatible devices.

Key functions of the HDMI 2.1 standard include support for dynamic HDR, variable refresh rates, enhanced audio return channel (eARC), fast frame transport and automatic low-latency mode. It also supports a resolution of 10240 × 4320.
